Processing and shipping your order
Your order will be processed as soon as possible after we receive payment for your order. We do not process or ship orders with unclear payments or missing customer information.

We only sell products that we have in stock, so you don’t have to wait for shipping for several days. Typically, orders are shipped on weekdays from Monday to Friday. Holidays, Saturday and Sunday are not included in shipping days.

Shipping costs, taxes and customs/duties
Our online store will automatically calculate the correct VAT and shipping cost for your order, so no separate taxes will be added to the total amount of your order by the seller. You can see the total amount of your order in the shopping cart.

Orders are shipped from an EU country (Finland). This means that our customers in EU countries do not have to pay customs/duties on their orders. Outside the EU, the authorities in your country may require the customer to pay customs/duties or taxes on the order. In these situations, the customer is responsible for paying the customs/duties or taxes themselves.

Method of delivery
We ship all orders via Finnish Post (Posti). In the destination country, the package is delivered by the local post office or a logistics company operating in the area.

Returns
